Service Description

This is the main class. A fun and challenging experience. Whether your goal is to get in shape, improve coordination, learn to defend yourself or just enjoy a new environment this class is for you. At its heart, this is a traditional martial arts school, but this class focuses much more on being capable than just ranking up to the next belt.
